An Evolving Community

Welcome...

We are always in some form of transition—and transformation: personal, professional, relational, spiritual, social, or political. Knowing this is one thing, but being able to see it (and ourselves) with perspective and hope is yet another. If we choose to stay open to learning, we can soften our conditioned patterns of self-protection. We need compassion, courage, grace and the certainty that we are not alone.

Our Mission

To provide offerings that will open possibilities to connect more deeply with yourself and to be able to share with others in community. The themes will vary and the Inquiry will serve as an inspiration for awareness. How can I be more present? What really matters at this threshold of my life? How do I let go of things that blind me or dull my participation?

Meet Gail Warner,
Our Founder

I am Gail Warner

…for more than fifty years I have walked alongside others in journeys of transformation—as a youth leader, a psychotherapist, a retreat leader, a community builder, a creative, a poet, and more.

For over half that time, I lived followed a dream and established a retreat center. People came to Pine Manor to rest and reflect, at times to dig deep and untangle issues, and at times to enter into silence and follow the thread of creativity. Some came to build earthen buildings, others to engage in spiritual exploration, and others lived as residents. Pine Manor provided a safe place to listen, to share, to investigate. and to experience community. It was a landscape that taught me how transformation happens.

This creative canvas was sold in September 2022, and the main complex burned to the ground in September 2024.  There are stories to tell, and I will share those in time. Now I am harvesting those experiences and planting a new handful of seeds: inquiry, curiosity, quiet truth-telling, creativity, vulnerability, and the medicine of connection.
