Facing What We Avoid

A person's hand reaching out to touch the leaves of a tree against a clear blue sky.

Facilitated by Gail Warner

We all automatically avoid things as children in order to protect ourselves. So we all carry with us conditioned patterns of avoidance. We avoid things that are uncomfortable or painful and often fear what is unknown. This workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on;

-What We Avoid

-Why We Avoid

-The Cost of Avoidance

There are often hidden gifts mixed in with our avoidance. Learning to face our fears and what we learned to reject can help us reclaim parts of life that have remained hidden from us.

Please join us for this exploration, time to ask questions and share with one another. Gail will guide this journey as you find pathways into discovery.
